(1) The Ministry shall send the following details to the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers every month:-
(a) The main main works done by the Ministry,
(b) Political, administrative and law and order situation,
(c) Activities developed in the field of social, economic and foreign relations,  (d) Details related to expansion. But the relevant ministry should immediately inform the important and urgent matters in the subject areas mentioned in clauses (b) and (c).
(2) Documents and details requested by the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers from time to time shall also be sent by the concerned Ministry to the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers. 
